Q: How do I create an online account?
A: To create an online account, complete the Request an Account form in the top right corner of the screen.
Q: My account is locked. What do I do?
A: Please contact us, and we will unlock your account for you.
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: Click the reset password link on the home page to reset your password. We'll send a link to your email address on file that you can use to create a new password.

Q: How do I know your Felco’s are Real?
A: We only sell Real Felco Pruners and are an authorized retailer of Felco. Please feel free to reach out to the manufacture for clarification.
Q: How can I get a paper catalog?
A: I’m sorry we do not mail out paper catalogs however our most up to date products are listed on our site.
Q: What is I want to buy for resale?
A: Email us a copy of your tax-exempt certificate and create an online account and we will email you when your account have been converted over to a tax exempt account (click here to submit tax-exempt certificate).
Q: How do I buy in bulk?
A: Under most products a quantity discount will appear and that quantity need to be added to the cart in order to receive that discount.
Q: Can I mix and match Bulk Discounts.
A: No

Q: Do you offer Local pick-up?
A: No, however we do offer Free shipping over $45.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most order ship next day.
Q: What is your Free shipping?
A: Free shipping is a 3-10 day shipping method that can ship USPS, UPS, FedEx or other methods but is at the choice of the Warehouse.
