Unused which are still in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of their purchase. All returns and exchanges must be sent with “Return/Exchange Form”. Items that do not meet these qualifications will not be exchanged or returned. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used in the original purchase. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued until after The Pruner Warehouse receives the merchandise being returned from the sender. Return shipping charges are not covered by our Return/ Exchange. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns of replacement parts and may be applied for returned quantities of 3 or more of any item or special order items.

Exchange/Return Instructions:
1) Complete the Return/Exchange Form and include it with your package.
2) Provide the billing and shipping information. For exchanges only, provide credit card for shipping charges and product difference. If requesting a return, please Do Not fill out credit card information on return form.
3) Package the merchandise to be returned/exchanged: When shipping merchandise for a return or exchange, The Pruner Warehouse recommends using a courier such as UPS or FedEx. Doing this will provide a tracking number for the shipment. The Pruner Warehouse is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise and does not reimburse shipping charges.
